• Manage the “on-site” operations including, material shipments, personnel and equipment resources.

• Implement all safety regulations, maintain a safe worksite for all crafts

• Schedule any subcontractors required for the work.

• Daily communications with the Project Manager and Owner Representatives

Oversee a project or multi-projects from beginning to end including but not limited to:

• Estimating and manage budgets

• Schedule supplies, permanent material, and equipment needs.

• Handle both administrative and field operations

• Hire and collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and owners representatives

• Safely operate hydraulic lattice boom crane

• Ability to drive pile

• Safely operate support equipment such as skid loader, wheel loader, excavator, and track loader

• Manage laborers

• Basic Structure layout including surveying line and elevation

• Formwork for concrete

• Stay in Place Decking

• Overhangs for bridges

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Perform all required duties with safety being the primary focus

• Basic use of hand tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Assist other craftsman with their duties

• Formwork, tie reinforcing steel, concrete placement
