Jason Muhle is the Owner and founder of KEA Constructors. Jason began as a Laborer for a nationally ranked heavy highway contractor in the early 90’s. In 1995, he graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in Construction Management. Before starting KEA Constructors, Jason worked as the General Manager VP of a structures company in the midwest. The team members that make up the core management of KEA have worked together for close to twenty years, helping to emphasize the team-driven company culture. Jason attributes KEA’s success to “Getting familiar with each of our strengths and weaknesses has made KEA’s growth possible, both in the business and our personal lives. Our management team welcomes any challenge and relishes the input of all newer employees.”

Gregg Perrett is the Owner and founder of KEA Constructors. In addition to his work with KEA, he also owns and manages our partner company, Perrett Construction, Ltd. Founded in 1976, Perrett Construction specializes in grading projects, bridges, culverts, spillways, dams, roads, railroads, landfills, wetlands, lagoons, and more. One of the most notable parts of being a part of the KEA team is “having the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people.”

With nearly 40 years of construction experience under his belt, Bill Swallow is an asset to the KEA team. Bill started in the industry in 1982 as a laborer on different bridgework projects. He has been with KEA for seven years and works as a Project Manager helping to oversee the success of our projects.

With 20+ years of industry experience, Marvin Bautista got his start in construction as a laborer and carpenter for a local box culvert and bridge company. In 2013, Marvin joined the KEA team as a Carpenter. For the past five years, he has worked as a Structures Superintendent managing a bridge crew.
